What should have been a normal shopping day turned into a nightmare with this parkhead j.d store. I was told by customer services on fone that I could take my Nike bk to my local j.d & change or refund them as they were to big. They tried to scan them but there scannner wasn't working so she shouted over the manger & told him so he then told me because I couldn't return to there store as he said they have partnership with Nike i told him i had just spoke to JD. Sports returns on a fone call who told me i was due a refund. The retail made me feel like i had done something wrong then humiliated me by asking me to leave the store. Then called the forge security who listened to the facts heard me speaking to j.d on the fone & said i wasn't welcome back in JD but was fine to go do the rest of my shopping in the forge. The manager both infact joe & Jordan heavy heckled me & smirk telling me to go complain to who ever i wont & the little blonde headed cashier who's name i dont know acted like she in a dead end job but acting if she better than her customers. Im went from angry to puzzeled why i was try this way. I told them i'll never shop there again & got told good. I will never be bk in there shop. Totally ruined my day.

Waiting on a message to pick up my jacket from argyle st store it should have been in store after 2 pm on Tuesday it arrived Wednesday @ 15.01, and there is still no confirmation to pick up its now Thursday 17.50pm . Don't think staff can be bothered scan goods into store. Easterhouse is just as bad?

The customer service was atrocious. A member of staff walked in on me while I was changing, completely unprofessional, then laughed and didn?t even apologize. I would highly recommend foot asylum as a better alternative. I went there straight afterwards and the staff were much more professional, helpful and polite.

They didn?t have wide fitting trainers, and you can only use the blue light card online, which is ridiculous because l can't just buy trainers online, l need to try them on not good , so l went somewhere else

I used to work in here, and from working in on the inside I can say the company is ran terribly which is disappointing as it?s such a large company. The managers in here abuse their power and treat sales assistants terribly. Make the slightest mistake and you get a councilloning session over nothing. The nail in the coffin was when I was assistant someone who requires additional needs and later that day I was given into trouble ?for spending too much time with them when I could be getting more sales?.

Terrible customer service! I bought a pair of shoes and when I went to the till it wasn?t even there when the employee told me that he would go and put it there. We had to wait at least 30 minutes for them to bring the pair.

Typical JD sports...what more can I say. It's a nice big store, nice staff and I got the second last limited edition football top in there today! I'm a happy shopper.

Staff were working hard but couldn't hear me over the music... I'm not precious but the behaviour of a few other customers made it an unpleasant experience and I left without buying what I wanted

Not quite as good as it used to be they seem to be more centred on Nike trainers than anything else as an avid Adidas wearer it's a bit of a disappointment
