Shopped in this shops loads and spent a fortune however everytime I?ve been in the boy behind the desk has been one of the rudest and ignorant people I?ve ever came across. This boys certainly in the wrong job.

Visited the store today and the customer experience was awful. Waited 20 minutes for a pair of trainers to be brought up, 3 times these were sent up with just one shoe in the box. Then the sales assistant tried to give me the display pair which I had said that I did not want. The staff don?t care about their jobs clearly, too busy chatting and having a good laugh rather than serving customers. Wont be back.

Currently standing in the store waiting on a manger as the store is an absolute mess clothes lying everywhere stock lying about the pathways through the store making it impossible to get around with a pram the staff look zoned out and as if they?d rather be anywhere but in store serving customers I have seen more life in an old foks home absolutely shocking customer service I have received today or shall I say lack of it

Visited 1st Feb 2025, firstly music was so loud ended with headache. It's a shop, not a nightclub. My friend and I could hardly hear cashier with Racket they had on.
2nd, on asking where certain item was staff the staff member was not overly helpful.
Staff need more training on how to speak to customers, music certainly doesn't not have to be that loud you give customers a headache.
