More needs to be done to prevent vaping inside by the staff. Many people with asthma and sensory issues from Autism are suffering severely because of vapists ... it is illegal (bylaw is still a law) it is against shop rules and its harmful to others. Pretending not to smell it does not magically make it go away for vulnerable people. I had to leave or risk more seizures.

The aftermath of xmas the store was very busy with new purchases and of course the dreaded returns however the staff were very busy ensuring that customers didn't wait too long.

Staff couldn't help me return two Nike drifit shirts I'd purchased a month earlier in Kilmarnock as they said I needed the receipt and to return them to Kilmarnock the forge Glasgow couldn't help very poor customer service

Absolutely huge store!!! Very modern layout with their TV screens running full length of store. Lots of staff, bright and clean. Every age sporty persons dream shop as so much to choose from in Clothes and trainers.
