Nasty cheap frozen food with in denial owners about here food!
Got a takeaway last night night has to be the worst Chinese food I have ever ate.

xmas day wasted service terrible only got half our table fed booked in for 4oclock got tabel 4.45 got starters 6.10 still never had main course by 7.40 left restaurant very dissaponted manager never came over to tabel to ask what they could do to help never got dessert or tea or coffee left very dissaponted never go back to this restaurant again and we normally go every xmas two greedy with there uber eats and take away to deal with there customers in restaurant would not recommend this restaurant to any friends or family

Don?t know what has happened but last 2 orders in 2 weeks have been disgusting ! Heard it has been taken over but not sure. Food is definitely different & not in a nice way . Sorry won?t be ordering here again.

Wouldn't recommend as a takeaway but dinning in the restaurant is superb. They do an insane Foo yung not many places can execute this dish. Used to go here with my mum for lunch and even had my father's wake here in 2008. Food dinning in the restaurant is amazing. Staff are very alternative. And they are very accommodating when I took my baby daughter in here. Overall I love this Chinese restaurant. Would highly recommend this restaurant to dine in.

Went here for my partners birthday with 3 adults and a child.
The good - the food is great.
The bad - the service is absolutely atrocious.
Three starters were served and we waited 20 minutes for the fourth starter which was a pancake roll. This meant that 3 of us ate first to avoid a freezing starter.
For main my partner ordered fillet beef, peppers and black bean sauce but received chicken instead. Not wanting another delay we accepted this and notified the staff.
For main the child had chickens balls with barbecue sauce but they served everything without the barbecue sauce meaning the child couldn?t eat. We chased this 3 times and another 20 minutes wait we eventually got the sauce.
We brought this up to the staff who really didn?t seem to care less and blamed this on the amount of takeout orders they had backed up in the kitchen. The female staff in particular are blunt, rude and need training on basic customer service. A poor excuse as dine in customers should take priority considering they were making a profit of £29 from the 2 bottles of wine we bought due to their high mark up of wine.
Will not be back.

This was the best Chinese food I?ve had for years if not ever! Awesome service, our waitress was funny and helpful, kind and considerate. Sweet and sour was fresh and chicken was tender in the inside and crispy on the outside. Chicken curry was so fresh, all starters perfect too!
We will be returning for sure, it?s a bit away as we are in East Kilbride however sit in or takeaway is now going to be a short trip to Jasmin 1 !!

Appalling delivery service, am still waiting for delivery for an order that was placed over 2 and half hours ago. Despite having called and been told the order was out the kitchen and waiting for delivery driver almost 45 mins ago - order still not here. Try somewhere else.

This is a revue of two tales. First visit here after a trip to Rouken Glen. First tale is the good newsThe food is excellent starters and mains were all tasty and of high quality. 2nd tale is the bad news. I waited 40 mins from time of ordering for a simple Sweet & Sour Chicken which must be one of their most popular dishes.We were seated on arrival facing the kitchen service area. Very noisy with chattering stafftoing and froing. We asked for a table change but were told allunoccupied tables were reserved for booked customers. 90 mins later, when i finally had recd my main dish and we were finished, no one had yet occupied any vacant tables. It was still early evening.Lack of flexibility and too long a wait,spoiled an otherwise good food experience.

Ordered a take away for collection. Due 50 mins after ordered an hour and 40 later still not ready so got a refund. Can?t run a bath . No one in the restaurant and can?t even run a bloody take
