Jan de Vries is a lovely healthy shop with all my favourite items, like the Barista oat milk, yum. The staff are welcoming and Joanne is a wonderful massage therapist. Joanne combined kinetic release with a deep tissue massage and Fascia release, I feel wonderful!

I popped in for a browse and wasn't after anything in particular, but overall this is a nice, easy to navigate health-food shop. They stock all the things you'd expect - nakd bars, vitamins, supplements, nuts, seeds, tinned foods and lots of items in the "free from" category.
