Absolutely wonderful customer experience. Both staff really helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking to order varifocals and was a bit apprehensive but needn't have worried. Just a week later Swinton specs arrived through my door. Gorgeous and very comfortable. Getting lots of compliments on my trendy frames.

Picked up my new glasses the other day. People, shop and glasses nice enough, but their cases have always been ungainly and unusable if you want to put them in your pocket.So, therefore I was pleased to see they now also offer a soft flat version.Replacement value was the same as the ungainly ones."Result" I thought, so I asked if I could get my new glasses I was picking up in those instead and, you've guessed it, was told I would have to pay extra for the useable glass case and they couldn't give me new glasses in there preferred same price case.I'll old enough and grumpy enough for this to make a difference I'm afraid. ??

Absolutely superb.The quality of the frames appear to be incredibly high the far. Lenses seem to be exactly as they should be for my prescription and the service from the staff was excellent on both occasions.Such a well organised & seamless transaction from start to finish. First time I have bought glasses here. Highly recommended by my wife. Many designs caught my eye and I'm delighted with my choice and the price. Unlike other outlets I didn't require a second pair so for the first time I actually got proper sunglasses in the same design. And I'm delighted with both pairs. A relaxed and welcoming experience, which I will repeat.
