Fantastic service, fantastic selection of frames and the nicest, most relaxed staff ever. We ended up in the shop for over 2 hours deciding on frames and not once did we feel rushed or pressured, despite it being a very busy bank holiday. I could not recommend more highly.

I have been going to see (excuse the pun!) Steven for many years now. I had AMD (dry) for many years but in 2018 Steven advised me that there had been changes and I would need to have a scan done and would then need to have injections in my eye - he reassured me re this so that when I got my first injection I was already fairly relaxed. Sadly, 2 days before my 2nd injection was due I had a pretty bed sub retinal haemorrhage and had an op on Christmas eve. Unfortunately, following this the consultant had to tell me there was basically no change of my sight recovering in that eye and I was discharged into Steven's care. Since then, he has been brilliant with me and also gives me reassurance that all us well in my good eye. I have used other high Street opticians in the past but none can come up to the level of I-2-I. Thoroughly recommend them

Absolutely terrible after sales care. I paid for signed for delivery that hasn't even bothered to show up, after speaking with someone on the chat service from here and promised action, still nothing. Avoid this company if you are someone who cares what level of customer service you receive.

An all round great experience at i2i - probably the best opticians in Glasgow. Really thorough eye test, lovely shop with huge range of frames to choose from and all the staff were superb. Sean, David, Stephen and Connor couldn't have been more helpful . Highly recommended
