Absolutely first class customer service from Hannah! As a birthday treat I was sent a VIP surprise from yourselves. We were greeted by Hannah who went out of her way to make me feel special on my birthday! Definitely a store to visit and one that I will return to. ?

I visted here on Saturday and wanted to leave a review as the young girl who served me was so lovely. I didnt get her name but she had blonde hair. I was looking for something similar to truffles that Thorntons sell and although she wasnt sure what they were, after describing them she was able to recommend something similar. When I went to pay she very kindly let me know I would save 15% if I spent a little bit more but stressed I didnt have to, she wasnt pushy at all and was so lovely I did end up getting more. All round excellent service and excellent chocolate!
