Ice cream of the Gods lives up to its name - always have to get some when I?m at the Fort. It?s a subtle hint of chocolate through it which isn?t overpowering - I?m not usually a chocolate ice cream fan but this is great. We got the salted caramel sauce and hazelnut sauce - both very nice. The staff are always really friendly here too and great to stop off for an ice cream break between shops. Great selection of chocolates and treats in the store too. I?d recommend signing up for the Hotel Chocolat loyalty scheme too as you get a 20% discount in their cafe plus some other treats through the year. They also do 10% blue light discount.

Only got a one because they wouldn?t let me give zero stars. The staff so rude, arguing with customers, no plates for the cakes and no trays to carry hot cups of coffee and tea. Spoke to the manager to complain and he did nothing

My two children attended chocolate love match at Glasgow Forte today and it was a great experience. Abbey was fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. Kids had a good time and Abbey was patient and very informative. Thank you

Located in a busy retail park, can be busy at times.
Offers a good variety of gift boxes, chocolates and it has a Velvetiser café.
Mostly visit their café, it has a good variety and even though you can just make it at home if you have a Velvetiser; their shakes are pretty good ??
It is pricey, but if you're a VIP; you get some discount but not much.
They used to go around with little samples or chocolates but noticed that it's not a thing anymore.
The café is nice to visit and they also offer some cakes, biscuits etc. to go with a hot or iced chocolate.

Popped in today and had such a great time! Eve in particular was super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The place is super clean and has a really nice vibe. The free sample chocolates were delicious and the drinks were amazing?definitely hit the spot. Highly recommend if you?re looking for a chill treat with great service. Will definitely be back!

I don?t usually write reviews but after my first visit here I think they deserve one! Popped in to the shop for the first time not knowing what it was and was greeted by a lovely brunette girl who was very helpful, she offered to let us try some hot chocolate samples in the velveteer and we loved it so much we got one! We had no intention of buying anything but she was so friendly and helpful despite her telling us it was only her first week and she completely sold us on it! After we nipped down to the cafe and had the most amazing chocolate milkshakes, can?t wait to come back again, such a lovely wee place!
