The place is good and so are the products but the person who took my order was mean and didn't answer my questions like where I can find a place, just told me to ask someone else and not because she didn't know

I had a great experience at this store today. One of the staff members, a guy with light brown/blond hair , was incredibly genuine and passionate about the brand. It was clear that he truly enjoys what he does ? his enthusiasm reminded me of SpongeBob at work! He provided professional advice and took the time to help, resulting in a truly positive and memorable shopping experience.

This is a brilliant chain of chocolate shops, and this particular store is as good as the rest. The staff are excellent and happy to help everyone.
They have a terrific selection of chocolate and it tastes incredible. The reason I've rated it down is the price. It's very very expensive and most people would struggle with prices like this.

Really like the chocolate. Went in to get some chocolate as a birthday present. Customer service assistant, named Marley, was lovely. Helped me to pick out suitable chocolates and I felt really went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience!

Sun the 28th of April my husband and I went to the Hotel chocolat store in the St enoch centre Glasgow...what can I say 2 abs assets to the company these 2 girls went over and above for us they were so knowledgeable and explained the whole process re me purchasing the velvetiser start up kit , I can rem one name to be Kirsten and the other gorg wee girl begins with A sori iv jus forgot the name but these 2 girls are an assett to the Hotel Chocolat chain and deserve to be recognised the store is beautiful lovelie decor so airy and fresh .....Thankyou for the exp girls I can honestly say I wouldn't hv purchased but only for you 2 ......6

My girlfriend and I bought the velvitiser a couple of days ago. The staff were so helpful and friendly when demonstrating the machine and explaining the offers. I love the hotel chocolate rage but it?s the staff who truly make you you feel welcomed. Thank you! ?

Lovely hot chocolate and beautiful selection of chocolate drinks and lattes. But needs extra seating area for customers to sit and relax as it part of the hot chocolate shop its space isn't enouch for customers to feel comfortable and have enouch room to relax it's to much of a tight space. Was very disappointed for a luxury company like hot chocolate it would be better as just a luxury chocolate shop. Not suited for coffe shop as well. But overall staff were polite and make you feel very wellcome and comfortable??? ?

I came here based on the reviews of how good your chocolate was. Unfortunately, the customer service fell short. When we walked in, a young woman was standing near some chocolate with a pen and a piece of paper in her hands. It was obvious she was doing some sort of inventory or something. She never greeted us. We were there for a minute or two and we got to the side where she was, to continue browsing to see what we wanted to buy, she never said hello, offered to move or ask if she could help us with anything. Instead, she continued writing on her paper. We didn't come at closing time so it was off putting. We left without patronizing the business.

Best hot chocolate I have experienced so far. The coffees are nice if you're looking for something a lot sweeter and different to your usual order. I also am a big fan of the way the cafe section is layed out and since it's relatively small it feels pretty cosy. If you do decide to have the chocolate whipped cream on top of your coffee, make sure you drink/eat it before it melts or your drink might overflow!

The only thing that could make this place better, is if it really was a hotel. The chocolates are colorful and creative. The flavors are unique and a must try. I also bought the coffee beans and the coffee was fabulous. (Rocket and Cashmere)
