Went on a Thursday past noon. The cafe was busy but seats were still available. Service was quick. Went for a 85% dark choc shake. The taste was perfect.

Tried the new 'choc shake' thing. Extraordinarily expensive and made us all feel sick due to the excessive sugar and cream, even though we didn't finish eating/ drinking them. Not recommended - have an ice cream instead.

I bought Velvetiser (2 cups included) and chocolate after trying it at the cafe in-store which is great, and it taste amazing . I go for 100% with no sugar
But it?s a little bit hectic at the store and not super organized, 2 times I went there and it took so long to complete purchase
The device is magical I have been using it for couple of weeks with different milk alternatives (homemade coconut , almond milk full fat, low fat, no sugar, coconut powder - all worked)

I was really looking forward to trying the sundae and Black Forest Gateau shake at Hotel Chocolat. While the sundae was absolutely delicious, as are all the chocolates from the brand, I was extremely disappointed with the shake. The cream on top was tasty, but the shake itself was watery and flavorless. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff, I was shocked and frustrated by the response I received. I was simply told to get back in line and buy another one if I was unhappy with the poor quality. This is completely unacceptable. I expected much better customer service from a place like Hotel Chocolat. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality of the product and the level of customer care.

Brilliant hot chocolate! The taste is absolutely a hit!! Unfortunately a bit expensive at £5.75 but worth every penny.

It is nice cosy place. Very well located in Princes Shopping center.

Had a delightful experience in this store today. Was greeted with a lovely smile from a lady (a Manageress I think) as I entered. Was buying chocolates for a colleague who is leaving and wasn't sure what to get. Alice, the lady who served me, was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Will definitely be returning.
