I absolutely love my role with Home Instead. I started off as a caregiver with the company and felt the support and training I got was the best I had ever had with a care company it allowed me to go out and deliver a first class service to our clients confidently and with the skills and understanding required.I was given the opportunity to grow and develop within the company and again given first class support and guidance to develop into a team leader role.This has allowed for me to give back to our new recruits the support and guidance they require to become a first class care professional and also to ensure that the clients receive a qualityservice.The company itself is amazing really does feel like one team no matter what your role you very much feel included heard and listened too.I am really happy being part of the Home Instead family and see myself being here for a long time to come.

I have been a caregiver on and off since I left high school. I?ve worked in many different care homes and home care companies and I can honestly say that this is the best company I have ever worked for. The office staff are very supportive and understanding. They show, in many different ways, that they care about their care staff. One of the best things about them is that when I say ?no? it?s pretty much a complete sentence with them. If I?m asked to go somewhere and I can?t, I tell them and that?s it. No questions or guilt tripping. Just understanding. I love this job and this company! Thank you Home Instead

I see my clients as my family and I treat them as though they are like my parents.I enjoy caring for them to give them my support and independence they need in their daily life's. Being a part of Home Instead as a Caregiver gives me the opportunity to help and make difference in someone's life. You don't need to have any qualifications to be one, all you need is be kind, compassionate, understanding, have empathy and patience. It's a very flexible job that cares for you and gives you rewards as a job satisfaction. All the Office Staff and Caregivers are very helpful and efficient. Amazing company with great morals. Everyone cares about one another which creates a great working environment. The attitude in the workplace is all about teamwork, this helps if you are a new employee and it allows you to develop your skills quicker. Overall, would recommend to anyone seeking employment.

I have been with HomeInstead 4 months and love working for them. The staff are so supportive, very professional and friendly. I can only work part time at present and the Care coordinators do a great job working around my availability. HomeInstead also have fantastic systems in place providing real time updates to carers to ensure that the needs of our clients are being met and therefore receiving the best and most appropriate care possible within their own home.
