They have messed up reservations several times. Tried to fix them on future occasions but messed those up too. They then provided coupons for free bowling due to these mess ups that's gave us a valid till date. Then was told that the date on the coupons isn't correct and that they wouldn't honour the coupons they sent.... read full comment
