I searched online for a product. Feroglobin which you stock several variations of. I made the journey specifically to buy said product only to be told you did not sell it. I should try Boots the chemist. I left the shop and checked on the website again, definitely showing stock. I re entered the shop and managed to find it myself.

I have been shopping at Holland & Barrett, Silverburn for well over 10 years and cannot rate this store and its staff more highly. As a breast cancer survivor of 10 years I have found so many alternative vitamins and remedies to help with various health issues enabling me be able to prevent filling my body with any more toxins. Thank you SO much for all your help and advice. Love the new store too! Fab! ??

I went there to find halal fish capsules but they didn't have that in that branch. So a star less for that other than it was all right.

Ordered a click and collect on the 14th of March it said it would be in store the next day the 15th of March, it is now the 18th of March and I still have not recieved it seemingly it's still showing as in transit so if you are ordering click and collect don't expect it next day or even the day after even if it says u will recieve it next day I can assure you u wont !!!!

I was overcharged, didn't notice at the time as the till display was broken and then tried to call shop but can't talk to thwm directly and ended up on hold for customer services for 45 minutes before I gave up.

Good. Was looking for pure almond oil as a carrier oil and found, what I needed. It was priced at £12 by the label and £13 at the till. Staff apologised and took care of it fast and politely. Happy customer. Also: great range of all things natural health.

Kerry Shaw, read your review and yes the lady with the red hair does display mental health symptoms of CAD (Covid Anxiety Disorder) or Coronaphobia. We witnessed her taking every item a customer touched and she would put them aside so she could sterilize them. It must be very difficult for her living like this. Although it is hard to sympathise when someone with coronaphobia treats people in a degrading manor for not complying with ocd rituals, but we must understand she must suffer alot of anxiety from the CAD. Last times we have visited she is no longer sanitizing every item, so think she is making progress. Not a very comfortable atmosphere all around in that shop, most of the staff are not very pleasant. We try to avoid that shop simply due to the unpleasantness of alot of the staff. Not met all the staff, so don't know what maybe some others are like.

Bought 2 CBD atomizers at 1 and 1/2 price sale and are still expensive upon recommendation of shop assistant. Tried 2 squirts few days later to try, made me feel dizzy. Tried 4 squirts a few days later before stressful situation and gave me a headache. Can't say either way whether it made any difference but didn't feel especially calm.
