Very disappointing experience. I asked a staff member at the till for help locating an item, explaining I had already checked the area. Instead of assisting, he basically told me to figure it out myself which I found very unhelpful and rude. I eventually managed to find it on my own. To make matters worse, I noticed he was much more polite and attentive to other customers while dismissive towards me, which felt discriminatory. Overall, I left feeling very uncomfortable and not impressed.
