To be honest it's not one of my favourite stores given that their designer labels seem to be only available to them. Anyway reasonable prices for their merchandise.

Have always liked H&M, good choice of clothes and well priced. Rated 2/5 stars purely based on zero interaction from any staff, couldn?t actually even identify any staff members within the store. Upstairs checkout was a ghost town, nobody serving. Went downstairs and 1 staff member was on the checkout so attempted to be served but was directed away from this staff member immediately after being asked if I was paying card or cash. Paying card you need to use a self scan checkout.. totally takes away from the whole retail shopping experience. Especially when the 1 staff member i had eventually found wasn?t serving anybody else, there was no queue, but still I had to use the self checkout? I actually ended up putting the items down and leaving without them as it felt like a bit of a joke. Lots of other shops out there with the same variety, similar pricing, but with numerous staff available to help and happy to check out your items. H&M may aswell just be an online shopping website now.
