I booked a short break with Hayes for Amsterdam in January 2022 forApril. We wanted to be Central , however, they booked us into a hotel which was a half an hour walk away from the city centre or a bus journey or 24 euros taxi journey to the centre. I felt that the sales advisor did not have the time or patience to deal with my booking request. My holiday for 4 days was not cheap it was £1200., However, I was disappointed in where our hotel location was, I felt the sales agent did not listen to my request to be central and told me this was not far from the city centre. I would not book a holiday with Hayes Travel again and would certainly not recommend them. The staff are not interested in helping you, you are just on their production line of a product passing through. So disappointed....

Once settled in the shop. I was greeted by a pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful member of staff who provided me with a couple of brochures associated with the areas of interest I had enquired about.

Cannot fault the Cumbernauld branch in any way. Tha staff are friendly and very efficient. They often go beyond their remit. They provide an excellent service and I will use this branch every time.
