Today my cousin called the customer service team on my behalf. Only to have been waiting an hour, then to speak to an assistant for less than 5min. She was informed that the Customer Service assistant would talk to someone higher about my problem, that I was having with my new corner unit section having a fault/defect at the back rest of the wide triangle part of the sofa. My cousin was not pleased to be cut off due to closing hours, while still waiting on the phone to hear back from Harvey's Customer Service team. However I must express that I think that was unprofessional of this man also no consideration was made to my cousin. At least the member of staff could have stated it was approaching closing time and still made arrangements for someone to call my cousin back who is perhaps on late shift or alternately some time in the morning. I would like to point out my cousin is disabled and suffers from Diabetes, while I have epilepsy and other conditions that I have previously mentioned in my last review, so I felt that it is unfair for me to be expected to take photos etc given reason to my conditions when I am the customer and Harvey's staff, whether in their stores, or on the phone should however be employed to supply the correct help needed. My cousin has clearly expressed if she was not treated with respect, she told them by email, that I will be taking the matter further to seek legal advice. I suggest a manager or better more higher person positioned to contact me (Mr Robert Bennett) first thing tomorrow morning, as a word of warning it so happens, I have contacts in this line of industry. And I could have it arranged to have certain People fired over bad sales.

The trouble with furniture is, the more you pay the better you get it seems to me and whilst there's many decent items here I did not buy anything also. Furniture is such a subjective item and really it's like a dog, not just for Christmas. As with most of these places there's a sale on and they offer 0% finance although I bet they make it up in different ways. I am not sure about delivery but I think it was free. In store service was not too aggressive, a relief

Outstanding service from a new store under new management, the store has been re fitted and the team and their attitude was second to none. Overwhelmed by the sofas in the store and the service to compliment it.

Bought a settee signed up them found I had to pay a fortune for delivery They tell me a date then text to say it would be between 7am-1pm then a phone call from the driver @10am to say its would be 11-1pm still waiting at 2pm called CS only to be told that its not an exact science working out when it will arrive. Plus no apology or recompence
