Booked an oil change almost 2 weeks ago for 9am today. Dropped car and told it would be lunch time or mid afternoon. When I questioned this I was told? we are mobbed?! Why take a booking for a 1 hr job for 9am knowing there is no chance of bringing dine on time ? I trust a hefty discount is in order? Pity I can?t give zero stars . Shocking customer service. Don?t go near them

If I could leave zero stars I would. Booked in for wheel alignment, arrived 10mins before appointment, told it wouldn?t be long. No timescale given, still sat there half an hour after arrival with no indication of when I would seem. Seemed to be some MOT repairs being done , if they?d called me in advance to say they were running way behind I could have rescheduled. Surely a phone call to update is not difficult so as not to waste time. Cancelled my booking. Will go elsewhere

Shocking service tyres booked and paid for 2 appointments made and when I arrived they were cancelled as they didn?t have the tyres in then when I asked for them to chase it up they told me they would update me that never materialised
