I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Ross. I went into the store yesterday to have a diamond replaced on my engagement ring. I thought it had fallen out after I had left home in the morning.
Ross took time to establish the gold carat of my ring, and was very transparent abou the work that had to be done and the costs. As the ring is very precious to me, I agreed to the repair and replacement and left the ring with Ross.
Shortly after I returned home yesterday, Ross telephoned to say that the diamond was not, in fact, missing after all. A very strange residue, with which he was unfamiliar, had attached itself to one of the diamonds, giving the impression that the diamond had fallen out of the ring. Ross said he had cleaned the ring and all the diamonds, and the ring was ready for me to collect.
Whatever the residue was, it was excellent at making that small section of my ring look bare.
I told Ross that I would be happy to pay for the cost of cleaning the ring, but he refused. I therefore hope that the large bar of Cadbury?s dairy milk that I took with me when I collected the ring was a sufficient token of appreciation.

Came to store to collect a ring. No one working there had the decency to come and atttend. Literally waited for 15 mins and no one came to help. Absolutely patrthic and shocking

I did visit H. Samuel store in Silverburn seeking advice on how i could clean my titanium ring , Kirsten and Ross were very helpful and honest, i did ask if i need to buy polishing cloth or something else to do the cleaning myself at home but i was advised it would not useful and it would not work, instead Ross offered to give it a try to polish my ring in the workshop at backdoor while i was there and in few minutes it was done and he told me it was FREE.

Recently visited H Samuel's in Silverburn looking for something a wee bit special as a self purchase. Ross and Karen talked me through their bespoke design service and showed me some images of zirconium rings. I eventually settled on one and a couple of weeks later it is on my hand. It looks amazing and the service from Ross and Karen was incredible. I will definitely be back and would encourage anyone looking for a bespoke service to visit the guys in H Samuel Silverburn.

Huge thanks to Kirsten at Silverburn, Glasgow, for her excellent piercing service. She was fantastic with my little girl having her ears pierced for the first time ? patient, reassuring, and great at explaining everything. The shop was spotless and had a really calm atmosphere, which made the whole experience so much easier. I?d highly recommend Kirsten to any parent looking for a safe, professional, and child-friendly place for ear piercing.

Excellent service this evening from Ross instore. I had purchased a watch with a complicated strap which needed resizing. Ross adjusted this perfectly and was very helpful in advising how best to wear and adjust the strap. Very knowledgeable and with good humour also. Five star service.

My husband was buying a present for my birthday and Kirsten was really kind and helpful and told us we could have earrings made to our own choice.she set it in motion and kept us informed every step.she was on annual leave when we went to pick everything up ,so we had Ross and Marisa help us .I can?t say enough about how great we were treated by them all!! I would recommend this store and its staff to anyone. Fantastic service and lovely people .my jewellery is beautiful too?
