I popped in to see if a link could be took off a bracelet. Charlene was very helpful and pleasant. She advised it could be done for me within 15 minutes. Over all a very good experience in H.samuel.

Had a great experience with buying my Garmin watch, I called the store and they only had one left, Rachel kindly put it away for me so I could make my way there.
Had it not been for Rachel putting it by for me it would have been sold so thank you very much.

My parter went into H Samuel Braehead for a ring as a birthday present to myself, staff he spoke to were unbelievably rude barely looking up when speaking to him if you even class nodding your head as speaking, he asked on multiple occasions if it was definitely the size he had asked for and was given 3 sizes smaller, the ring lost 4 crystals not even a month later, went back to get it fixed or replaced and staff were rude once again, and then to top it off after getting a replacement ring it snapped completely in half 3 days later after wearing it once, will not be back as will not be putting up with the service again and definitely not worth the money he paid at the fact the ring is such bad quality.

Three of us got our ears pierced by Julia in H Samuel Braehead. A couple of us were quite nervous but Julia was so friendly and reassuring. The prices were very reasonable for the earrings. I would recommend getting your ears pierced here.
