Had the pleasure of browsing in the store today. Was looking for something specific for my mother and I we did not find what we were looking for. However, the store representative exceeded our expectations. She was helpful, informative, and tried to find exactly what we were looking for. She went above and beyond. For kindness and grace were exactly what we needed today.

The newly refurbished H. Samuel store at The Fort in Glasgow looks fantastic ? bright, modern, and really welcoming. The refurb has made such a difference. Mal was excellent ? friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend a visit!

Our experience today was fantastic! Jane was so kind/patient and helped us massively when picking our wedding rings for our special day. They were also amazing at keeping our little boy entertained while we tried on rings, 10/10 would recommend :)

Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Last minute booking and having been closed day before with no knowledge of my booking, they were very understanding and helpful. Debbie explained all info, offered me best options and managed to fix my necklace without delay or issue. A credit to the team.
