Steph was extremely helpful with choosing jelewry for myself and the wedding party for my daughter's wedding. She also did a tremendous job of cleaning an intricate silver bracelet, and kept me well-informed about another bracelet that she sent away to be repaired abd cleaned. All in all, a fantastic experience!
