Excellent customer service should always be acknowledged and it goes to an amazing customer server Grace, she was very kind and has great customer communication skills, she represented Greggs excellently, not only to me, but also to the service users before me. I didn't know Greggs in Bridgeton does food and drink that you can eat in. And it's good ?

When it's crowded, we take our snacks to the nearby library where there's seating by the window and their permanently closed cafe!!
Staff (in Greggs) are noticeably friendly and this makes it a pleasure to visit to meet up with the chums for a wee chat ?

I happened to be passing Greggs on my way to work and stopped in to pick up a quick bite to eat on the way. It was queued out of the door, but I had a little time so thought I?d wait. The queue was gone in minutes and I was not waiting long to be served. The food was hot and the girls behind the counter were cheery and friendly and embracing the lunchtime rush. What a welcoming shop and great for a lunch on the go.

I have arrived at this shop at 35 past 3 on 9th June hoping to get my usuall stuff but there is a lady who insisted it shut at half 3 when it says 4pm on here. I come here nearly everyday and to get treated like that is quite bad I checked online before leaving the house and it says 4 o clock the lady in photo was really cheeky and refused me (a regular customer) service at 35 past 3

Staff did not want to be there ... we asked for sausage rolls, and they said there were none, but as we were waiting on our food, guess what out they cane from the oven .... absolutely
