Ordered through just eat, 50 minutes after ordering my order hasn't arrived.I phoned the restaurant and spoke to andi to be told its a just eat issue and to contact them as there's nothing the restaurant can do.So I hung up only for her to call me back shouting at me down the phone saying I was rude for hanging up as she was just trying to help.So I said what help are you offering? Her answer again being that I need to call just eat. Which is why I hung up so I could call just eat. To be called back and insulted by your staff is not amazing. SoVery rude and unhelpful staff.

I was the most awkward customer today because I had my 96 yr old mum in for a sausage roll n when they were not there I was thrown right off and then I spilt the coffee. I was an absolute riot and the girl who served me ( I'm sorry I didn't get her name ) was lovely and helped me relax. I can't thank her enough.
