I?m extremely concerned about the lack of response from your Woolwich staff today. A homeless man was violently attacked outside your store, and his head was smashed against your window so hard it smashed the glass. When I asked for help to stop the bleeding, all I was given were napkins?no gloves, no first aid kit, no meaningful assistance.
Do your stores not have first aid kits or trained staff to respond to emergencies? The response was deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about your health and safety protocols. I urge you to review this incident and take appropriate action

Stopped off for bacon roll and coffee the other morning when pass and spot on food was hot lessened when a said a splash of brown sauce as did not want it drowning in it.
Coffee nice and hot.
Staff friendly.

It's a good place to eat cheap and good. The food is all delicious, the paninis, the wraps and the pizzas and some exquisite savory country dishes. The drinks are at a good price and so are the donuts and croissants.
Vegetarian options: There are fewer options but at least there is and even a vegan option

Went in to the shop No sandwich or baguette ready at 6 o clock in the morning door was open got told at 6.01 am we are not open yet still putting money out so not a hoot start

Enjoyed a sausage baguette, but it was my second choice since they were out of bacon. The man working was very pleasant but forgot the gingerbread man that I bought and had to remind him. It was quite busy with a wait of 20-30 minutes with the queue reaching out of the front door.

Got to give credit to the staff in this Greggs. I?m only ever in for breakfast, but it can be really quite busy and yet the staff handle it professionally. Each staff member is on the ball with their individual customers but they also work with each other so well , they make drinks or food for customers that they are not specifically serving in order to help each other out as a team and keep everything moving efficiently. One of the best services / systems I?ve seen in a cafe / restaurant.

Beautiful Greggs on a beautiful Glasgow street. Came here three weeks ago Saturday with my friend and got a sausage roll, whilst my friend got a veggie sausage roll. Yes also i got a packet of artificial sweetener.Great taste, greater staff, will come again.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly place.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair bound people are more than capable of comfortably using the Greggs.

Consistently good service here. Staff do a great job of keeping the service going, even if customers queued to the door. High footfall means you'll often get warm snacks too.
