Order a katsu chicken bake, bit on it. I complained that it was cold. The guy who was working there just apologized and say nothing they can do. What kind of service does greggs even allow. I walked out of greggs ruining my mood with a cold pastry

Okay, so I usually get my morning coffee at Greggs. I recently moved to Glasgow Barclays from London. Today, at around 8:13, I gave my coffee card fully stamped to one of the employees, Rafael. He seemed new and was really rude, so I asked him what is wrong with him. I have been drinking at Greggs for the past two years and I have never seen such behavior. Through the time he kept on speaking rudely with me I then started taking his picture for review, but a lady stopped me (this might be my fault taking pictures of people at work, but everything would have been captured on camera September 10, approximately 8:10?8:20 p.m. I kindly request that the area manager and shop manager take a closer look at this as it was such a pitiful act on the part of a Greggs employee; such standards are not expected.
(In addition, the worker was missing his name badge.) I have included a photo as proof ,the rest can be seen on CCTV negatively affected my mood for the entire day.

Been there twice this month over the space of 3 weeks. Both times it was allegedly "cash only". Something dodgy going on here

1st of all I have no complaint about the staff or meals BUT I draw the line of pigeons flying into the shop and landing on the tables not very a hygiene thing.

The staff just decide to make the store cash only when it suits them. Watched someone use their card and was denied service using my card. One employee turned to the other and said ?just make it cash only this morning to stop it gettin so busy? ?.. this is the second time this has happened.

3 weeks in a row, this branch has had freezing cold food, at lunch time!
When asked to reheat, I was met with blank stares and slight attitude.
My coffee was hot at least, the fact it's lunchtime greggs, come on

Member of staff very incompetent was not happy with the quality of service waited much longer than was ment to for our food.Cleanliness is terrible toilets being used with all members of the public not just customers they smell was unbelievable not clean at all. The number of birds in and around the shop is disgusting, not happy!Will never come back to this branch!

Well, what can we say about Greggs except that people dressed to kill will walk into a Greggs and steal a box of Yum yums... Security was just too late to snag this man in his beautiful brown long length coat. It was at about 6h30pm if you would like to check your camera footage and show the world how yummy those yum yums are. I made a noise on the window and he looked me in the eye and waved me off. A security gentleman from Buchannan SPT gave chase but I don't think he was sure what the person looked like. I'm agog to be perfectly honest.
