The toilets are horrific wow you'd catch a disease in there. Absolutely no need for disgusting toilet like that in a place that serves food. Go to the toilet in the bus station it's ten times cleaner.

Was in shop other day and the amount of pigeons in there was atrocious girl in shop spraying them with water which in turn made them fly upwards and over people whilst trying to eat food utterly unhygienic and needs a door you can close at both ends as that's a disgrace and the food wasn't warm either also the smell coming from the toilets was disgusting the place needs seriously looked at and fast

There was a long queue for drinks and food and some of the staff were in a playful mood which is fine except for when you are trying to get served before your bus leaves I visit a lot of branches and the few spoiled it for the ones that were working hard and doing their job maybe a one off ? let you know when I visit them next time..!

Was in the cafe 03/04/2024 on a day trip from Nirthern Ireland . . I was appalled to find pigeons flying around , landing on tablets , pecking at crumbs and defaecating on the floor and tables disgusting and unhygienic . . I asked for a weak black coffee was told by the staff member serving he couldn't do that as i had to take it as it came out of the machine . He could have poured half of the coffee out and filled it up with hot water . My friend?s pizza was cold and was told it couldn't be heated up . I certainly wont be back . Avoid at all costs . Very unhappy customer .

Extremely slow to deal with customers in queue. Seated area is infested with pigeons and there dirt. Based on other reviews this is a normal problem yet Greggs take no action?

staff very rude and cheeky was not happy with the quality of service waited much longer than was ment to for sausage roll and when a got my coffee it was not hot and the cleaness is terrible the amount of birds it disgusting not happy

Slow slow slow. Painfully slow. Hire more people or don't bother. Staff are trying but it's obviously management that's not scheduling people at busy times. I've seen faster moving glaciers than this queue.

Absolutely disgusting place to eat. Pigeons inside the restaurant up on tables, walking around the floor. Flying in and out with feathers Flying in the air while you're trying to eat and drink.Serious health hazard.The toilets in all my life I have never smelt anything like it. As soon as you open the door to the corridor to toilets, the urine smell is overpowering. Absolutely disgusting place.Smell just clung to your clothes and made you gag.Won't be using this Greggs again. Needs a visit from Environmental Health

The temperature was passable, with the drink really just being on the high end of warm. The consistency was decent, no glaring chunks or granules in the drink. The richness was mediocre and overall chocolatiness was poor, so 3/10
