Like others have stated branch filthy, tables not cleaned. Staff face tripping them. No apology for the wait in being served. Certainly not impressed. Management get this sorted, one of the worse branches I have visited.

Always go in for. A mocha n food n have a rant with marlene or karen or jo so friendly let alone all the staff are always pleasant n friendly even sammy aswell comfy atmoshere n food always fresh etc there run of there feet they do try there best

A Great Greggs to sit-in or takeaway! The staff are extremely friendly & helpful, making our visit very pleasant. A huge range of hot & cold food was available with, very good meal deals! Makesure to download the Greggs App as the points add up quickly! I have to say, two members of the Glasgow Fort Greggs Team were just lovely! Thank you to Abbey & Jane, they both made us feel very welcome & worked extremely hard!

Sausage rolls were cold after asking if they were hot!! Cheese bites were crispy and greasy this visit...

I was surprised at the price, but even though it was cheap, I don't think I'll eat here again. The sausage roll is not to my taste, and u get tastier and bigger from local shop a but more pricer, but I would rather pay the extra, the woman that served was excellent and full of bantar 19 out of 19 for her excellent customer service

Coffee nice, sausage rolls cold, when taking them back to ask for warm ones, was advised by the rude and abrupt young woman who was apparently the manager that they don't serve hot food, just fresh baked and that was just the temperature they all were..disappointing!
