Regularly use this greggs and don't usually have an issue untill today when I purchased 2 vegan rolls and found a clump of hair in the bag wtaf

I went here a few days ago with my mum, the woman who served us was super rude, didn?t acknowledge our query about the coupon for a hot drink, just charged us and walked around in a huff.
The food was cold and the woman serving didn?t even bother to ask us if we would like it heated up. They also ran out of rolls before 10am.
Shocking and super disappointed, my mum was very polite and she was shut down by rude staff. We were really excited for a nice breakfast before work and this incident unfortunately ruined both our days.
