Visited this branch today for some breakfast, tried ordering hot rolls, no sausage etc, only pastries in stock were sausage rolls and steak bakes which were stone cold. When staff prompted us to buy a drink we had a look and there were near zero available there also, allegedly this was due to an upcoming refit. Store should probably have remained closed today, not happy with the stock choice ??

I appreciate staff are busy with preparation in the morning,but 1 person prepping and leaving 1 person to serve a long queue ( queued out the door) isn't good service. Perhaps Greggs should consider putting more staff on in the morning

Thank you to the lovely lady in Greggs who helped me today. I was on a long run and ran out of water (it was about 80 degrees) she gave me water and helped me to work out how to use iPhone payment, offered me a seat and paper towels til I recovered. Much appreciated
