Every time we go here and ask for bacon rolls, the staff say they're out and won't make more. But if I order from the app, miraculously they will make the bacon rolls. What's the deal?

Why have Greg's opened a drive through? It's faster to park, unload the kids, order, eat and get back in than getting through the drive thru! This has to be the slowest drive thru I've ever encountered and I've been silly enough to try it twice.

Ordered a steak bake and cheese and onion bake , friend went in and got it who never goes to anywhere like Greggs, or other fast food places. When she came out both were cold, went in and asked if they could be warmed, I mean they heat the baguettes, tho I know its not normal practice. Girl said flat out no. Thing is she should have told her they were cold. It ticks me off when places don't try to satisfy the customer in some form.

This greggs is never open at 06.30 its more 06.45 or sometimes 7 am
