Hi my wife and I went into Greegs shawlands today and the young lady who served us was lovely and so helpful and all the other staff were so nice it was a lovely atmosphere a real teat I will definitely be returning .

They could neither heat my pizza slice, nor cool my drink with ice. Having both chairs and tables in the establishment lead me to believe there would be some service.

Disappointing Experience at Greggs Shawlands
I visited Greggs in Shawlands for the first time, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The staff were unprofessional, barely engaging with customers, and had a poor attitude throughout. There was no friendly service, just minimal interaction as if they didn?t want to be there. Customer service should be a priority in any business, but that was clearly not the case here. Very disappointing experience definitely won?t be returning.

Gregs in shawlands is an absolute joke stood for ages waiting to be served then someone gets served before me even though I was stood there waiting to be served staffs attitude is shocking aswell

11.30 amTwo young girls serving couldn?t tell me the deals on with hot goods and one was standing rubbing paper bag against her mouth when I stated it was unhygienic to do so I was met with attitude from both girls saying ?it?s a bag?It may be a bag but it?s a bag that is to hold food and after Covid pandemic the standard of hygiene should really be better , attitude when serving not good enough

Asked for a soft roll egg and square sausage. Was given a roll missing the egg.Also asked for a vanilla latte. Was given a normal latte.

The tood and service was fine, however the air conditioning was on while we were siiting in AND the door was opened wide so it was uncomfortably cold to sit in while we were sitting in eating our food ? The lady sitting to our right hand side with her child, were both uncomfortable too because it was too cold inside. The other couple to our left hand side were also mentioning to us that it was far too cold also. Although it was nice sunny mild weather outside, the air conditioning was far too uncomfortable to sit and enjoy our food and drinks. Maybe the staff should think about this as it definitely put us off enjoying our short stay. ?? We were glad to get back outdoors for a heat! ? This was Friday afternoon the 26/5/23 in the Kilmarnock Road shop, in Shawlands, Glasgow. We therefore won't be rushing back anytime soon because of this! ? 2/5 for the food and service. ?
