I bought coffee and paid with my phone app, I didn?t have any money on me except my phone then I forgot my phone on the counter and when I get to my work which is in the same shopping center I returned and asked for my phone. Three of them said three different things then another customer heard me and offered to call on my number. Imagine I don?t have any other means of Transport, all my id and cards are in the phone case. Then I asked for the tape because I know we keep tapes in the retail shop. They said they can?t show me and only a police can access that. I was sad by their treatment and I went back to my workplace to call the police with a land line. Then I came back to the shop with my other colleague. (With our uniform this time) then suddenly the security guy of the shopping center brought my phone to my work place while me and my colleague was at Gregg?s and told me that they found it at Whole Foods. That tells me two things, one someone is watching and yes I was at Whole Foods before I went in to Greggs. Two I only carry my phone around, I wouldn?t have purchased my coffee if I left my phone at Whole Foods so that doesn?t make sense. That was the worst treatment ever please take care of your belongings. I gave this rating because of the bad treatment and not to mention the number of times I couldn?t find a dairy replacement. In short don?t go in to Greggs Govan branch unless you need to.

The baguette sandwiches are always so undercooked. Not raw, but they are so pale that I can?t tell where the baguette stops and the white packaging begins! Please give them a nice toasty tan, so they have a nice flavor and texture

Made a large click and collect order for a group. Despite working under a lot of pressure and being clearly short staffed the team worked so well. A special shout out to Rebecca who remained professional, friendly and calm. Thanks a lot!

I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment, and I must say, the culinary prowess left me thoroughly impressed.
From the perfectly crafted sandwiches to the aromatic hot chocolate and delectable baked goods, it is clear that they excel in every aspect of their menu. The way they transform a simple roast chicken baguette into a symphony of complex and unique flavors is nothing short of masterful. It was, without a doubt, the best baguette I have savored in quite some time.
Their gingerbread cookies deserve special mention. They were absolutely divine ? bursting with warm spices and an irresistible texture that made them truly unforgettable.
I will definitely be returning soon to indulge in more of Greggs mouthwatering treats.

Shop under staffed...toilets a disgrace,meant to open at 7am never does its always well after 07.10am...closed all day on a Saturday!!!!
