Watched a junkie cut a massive que take a sandwich a drink a pack of cakes and chicken nuggets then walk out I was confused and asked the staff what that was all about the the staff replied they do it every day and the police don't do anything because it's not a lot of money

This is possibly my favourite Greggs in Glasgow, barring the one on Byers Road. The food is exquisite, and the store is placed in a very convenient location, allowing you to enjoy a warm Greggs sausage roll, while doing you shopping at Tesco. The employees are friendly, and the place has a great feel to it, which is not something all Greggs posses (looking at you Greggs in East Dumbartonshire, located just off of Drymen road). Overall, this Greggs is one of the best you can go to in Glasgow, and I would highly recommend checking it out for a quick bite!

Came in today for my usual coffee & lunch, a short, dark haired lady served me at around 12:30pm (who usually does), she's never normally been friendly with me however today she was so rude, no smile on her face what so ever, over heard her talking badly about her colleagues too, will never be back because of this, very unprofessional and horrible. I hope she will be spoken too as I have warned off many friends and colleagues from coming back! The one with the Christmas jumper and the older woman were both lovely however which is the only reason I never complained there and then.

The young woman working behind the counter today needs some customer service training ASAP. She was not engaging with the customer at all. Not even a hi or bye.She had a face like fizz and threw the items across the counter for me to pick up. How hard is it to place something down, even if you're having a tough day? I'm not looking for excellent customer service, it's Greggs... I'm just looking to not have things tossed at me.
