The staff are very helpful and will be happy to help you find a card. This store is also one of the few to stock Disney Tsum Tsums which are the perfect small gift for Disney fans. They also stick a large selection of wrapping paper and meaning that all your gift need can be serviced by a single visit to this store. The store also stocks gift cards should you be in a gift buying quandry”

“Had a problem on Sunday with a helium gas cannister. My wife phoned the shop at the Fort and spoke to staff. I took the faulty cannister back and was given a full refund whilst a member of staff very kindly blew up the rest of the balloons which were for a memorial service an hour later !!!! Great service. Thank you so much.”

“As with all Card Factory shops, this one has all the bargains, cheap and gorgeous cards and a relaxed atmosphere to shop in.The only downside is, that this is one of the smaller shops. They often don't have the variety for choice the bigger stores have.”
