Recently went shopping here to find a bangle for my 21st birthday and the experience was great. Kirsty really went out of her way to show me various options of the item I had in mind. She was extremely patient, helpful and kind. Kirsty made our experience very special and she was extremely knowledgable about all of the products and insurance policies. Amazing friendly knowledgeable staff. Wife to be found the perfect ring at a very reasonable price. Dont be put off if you only have a few hundred to spend as they suit all budgets. Ended up getting a watch for my best man as well due to the discounts and free cleaning service we were given. You must give it a try if looking for gifts/jewellery.

Myself and my fiancee were in Fraser Hart and were served by Natasha. She served us both coffees which we were so grateful for as we?d just been caught in a downpour and we were freezing and soaked! She listened to what each of us were looking for and presented us with a range of weddings rings. She really helped us to solidify what we were looking for. My fiancé got me a ring not even 6 month's old and It was bend and I got accused of it being accidental damage when I bruise really easy so I was made to feel it was my fault and that I had to pay to get it fixed my anxiety has been through the roof the I had it 2 days and then my side diamond feel out faulty ring should have been changed and got a new one but noo it's even wearable cos I'm scared there will be more diamonds fall out
