i was in yesterday and i love the new menu and new faces and everyone smiling i was in last summer and all the staff dident want to be there and i decided not to go back but im glad i tried it again it?s so different and callum is so sweet x

Very busy waited ten to 15 min to be served, understaffed for a Saturday evening. Cheese burger had no cheese cappuccino took eight minutes after other drinks served. No one coming to take cash after receiving bill. Will be going elsewhere next time.

Was in for lunch and was served by Javi, he was nice and chatty and made sure he gave us gave the best service. I had the BBQ chicken stack with ribs and it was amazing.

Came in for lunch today, food was amazing, ordered a calzone and it was the best calzone I?ve had. Javi was lovely, chatty and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Me and my partner came in for some dinner on a night out we hadn't been in since the menu change also we were curious we had to change our usual orders but the food was very nice we always love the atmosphere in frankie and bennys especially the music. The real star of the show for us though was our server Agnieszka quick to anticipate our needs and definitely made us feel well looked after. I have some anxiety issues so I was maybe a bit more difficult than usual but she didn't hesitate to accommodate without judgement or comment just did exactly what she could to ensure we had the best experience I ensured to tell her on our way out how much I appreciated her as she made me feel so comfortable and seen I hope she knows what a difference that makes.
Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian options me and my partner both don't eat meat but we don't have any problems finding food to eat here
Dietary restrictions: Very clearly indicated how to make vegan or gluten free I can't eat dairy and I choose to not eat meat so finding vegan options is very important to me they are clearly marked and very nice.

Back again after work. Love this place. Adore Ashleigh the manageress. She is bubbly , attentive, polite, helpful and a total asset to the place.
Dietary restrictions: This has a brill Gluten free option especially for pasta. What a delight to actually get something G/F off the menu. Had a steak again today but do adore the pasta.
