Not the store the company alone don't want to speak to you. They sent my parcel to a different address and sent me the picture of the door they sent it to. Ridiculous. Just need a phone number to speak to someone. C'mon amazon get your delivery drivers a boost up the bum

@Footasylum sort yourself out. You dont do refunds or exchanges until 2 days after Christmas reason being i was told today by the manager because the shop is too busy and you have to deal with the queue! I am a customer also who spent alot of money on somethig which does not fit. I have already spent money in your store so surely i should be priority to keep your customer happy. Manager has a terrible attitude in store not customer friendly at all. So i spent 35mins to get to your store and got sent away and told to come back in 2 days to refund or exchange. Absolutely terrible, i will be sure not to shop in your store again.

Good sports shop a lot of different clothing but check the sizes you might need to get a bigger size than what you think

Got myself a great winter jacket here at a great price and also got my wife some adidas trainers at a great price aswell. Staff very helpfull and polite and seemed to know there stuff when asking some questions. Very happy will go back im sure. Cheers
