Apart from the reasonable prices, my friend asked for help from one of the employees for a product and he took care of her very well. Even though we had difficulty communicating because we were tourists, he was very polite to us, enjoyed talking to him wished to talk more. Such a sweet person, thank you Morgan

I very disappointed by the way I got treated by the cashier when I popped to pick my daughters shoes which I had ordered,I can assure you that I will not be visiting you store any time soon?? such a shame!!!?
The cashier shamelessly insists on seeing my bank card and yet I had the email which the store has sent me showing I had ordered the shoes previously and they had been delivered for me to pick up!
She went ahead to say that I could have picked the receipt from the streets and walked in to the store to claim to be the buyer? Like seriously ? ?

Floor staff is terrible . One male person that works hard and good on him. In the meantime other ladies are more interested in chatting amongst themselves and spending time on their phones. When asking for shoes they are just ignorant as you are invading their space . Eventhough we were keen to buy shoes the lady had very bad cistomer service, no attention to customers, no interest which just put us off . Did not feel welcome at all. Jd Sports and Foot locker across the road are far superior. Lower prices do not compensate for a sour feel you get while shopping at this location

This place has more staff than customers but still managed to take a long time to get served. Staff at tills take even longer. Do not take gift cards that they give you.You have to shop online

Brilliant Footasylum, wide selection or clothing & grabbed my husband a bargain on 1 item reduced ??Staff are lovely my daughter had fallen up the stairs (tissue that miracle that fixes everything) she needed the lad upstairs gave her some, went back down to pay and the young lad on the till was chatty.

Great shop with a wider selection than JD or office etc or footlocker, was in today and LEWIS dealt with me, very friendly young man let me try some trainers on. Thanks Lewis! He deserves a pay rise troops.
