I have been coming here for years, but twice now, when I get regular chips, it's usually enough for two kids, one adult but the portions are getting smaller it's look like just a small chips price of regular really disappointing I will never come back again.

Went in to to get some lunch, ordered from a nice woman at the till. Place was quiet, so order came quickly. Fresh ingredients and good portion sizes, and also free refills on the drinks. Folk enjoy complaining about the price of Five Guys but i think for the service, quality of food and the portions you get its pretty reasonable.

Delivery turns up an hour after I was told it would be here.
Order a delivery if you want cold and soggy burgers troops.

Ordered delivery. Confirm delivery time which suited however this started changing every 5 minutes.. tried to call but no answer.
Went to the store to be told the food had left.
Food arrived 1h30minutes later..
couldnt eat it as I had to go to a prearranged meeting.
Terrible service due to poor process and deliver set up! Wasted of time, food and money this time.

Great food, great service, however the atmosphere was a little dim considering the 5 guys trying to fix the drinks machines. Wouldn't stop me going again but music would be a plus.

Bit disappointed burger dry hot dog shocking only good thing was the chips. Waste of money 40.00. won't be back.
