Went in the other day, didn't get past the ordering stage. Very limited menu on the self-service kiosks and silly ordering process. Left and went next door to bread meats bread and had an excellent bacon burger. Also this company doesn't do bacon in some of it's branches which is abhorrent. Don't think I'll ever come back to a five guys. My advice, go next door for a better burger, better service and a better company.

I feel not having combos and meal deals are just unacceptable. The fries portion was good.

Really delicious food and the service is amazing. It is just ridiculously expensive...like ridiculous! Yiu also only need to order one medium fries between two people as they give you A LOT of fries.

I have eaten at five guys many times and I was incredibly disappointed. My burger tasted completely different to how it usually tastes at other branches. It was cold, messily made and the meat tasted awful. The customers next to me had also left their burger after a couple bites which was taken apart. I?m assuming they felt the same.
Would not visit this branch again.

I was headed to the other shop, of course it was raining and so we went in there was no queue. Ordered immediately!
Good value for money! I appreciated that the meat was not frozen freshly cooked. They heat the bread. Everything OK.
Delicious peeled chips!
I recommend indicating better where the toilet is.
The fact that you can see the preparation of the food is great

I was very pleasantly surprised. They've prepared a gluten free version with care and attention. Although they don't have a gf buns I didn't mind as the burger and chips were excellent.

I'd never been before, I'd heard that the food was of a higher quality that your standard fast food outlet.
I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato but you can order however many toppings you like.
The chips tasted healthier than your usual fast food fry.
The service was quick and friendly and there were plenty of seats available to sit down
I was impressed and expect to go back if I?m short on time.
