If I could have given 0 stars I would have as it was the single most embarrassing and horrible shopping experience of my life.I'm a carer and I was helping pick up a couple of things in Farmfoods Govan when I realized I had forgotten my wallet and only had a couple of pounds in my pocket, about 6 or 7 pounds.It was late and we only needed a couple of things but still had to put some stuff back and then go to the checkout.When we got to the checkout there were several people in front and several behind with one till open, the usual, we got to the checkout and were unloading the basket onto the conveyer when someone shouted "YOU CAN PUT THE BISCUITS UP AS WELL", I looked up and 6 about 5 meters away shouting at the woman I care for.I was shocked, the shop was extremely full and I asked "Are you talking to me?" and he shouted the same thing.I looked down at the empty basket, I was confused now, and asked him "What are you talking about, everything's on the belt" and he replied, "Well you must have ditched them then".I asked for the manager only to be told that this small angry man WAS the manager, his name was Iain.I gave him a piece of my mind and we left.A week later my friend who works in another Farmfoods showed me stills taken from the security cameras of myself and the woman I care for on the Farmfoods Employee App asking if anyone knew these 2.I contacted the regional office and had a discourse about GDPR and the manager shouting at us from 20 feet away got an apology from the area manager, who then visited the store and had the pictures taken down.The area manager was only interested in finding out how I got the security pictures and who from, though he didn't say so.It wasn't Ian, the shop manager's first spot of bother.Ian can't work in the Forge because he pushed an older woman out of the store and her sons want to have a word with him.

Overheard a new member of staff loudly complaining about customers and their "lack of employment." Unprofessional and more so, a shame as the rest of the staff are very nice.

Farm food is good option for selective shopping. Better place to shop value added product, cooking oil,ice cream etc. You will get much less price than any other retails..

Huge supermarker best place for frozen foods even ready to eat and ready to cook food. Even accepts cash and cards has many stalls in Glasgow. Located in Govancross centre.
