I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding an extremely unprofessional and humiliating experience I had today (29th July 2025) at your 21 The Clyde Gateway, Glasgow South G5 0BH branch, involving a member of your management team named Stevie.
Last week, I visited this store with vouchers that were unfortunately expired. A helpful staff member advised me to return another day with valid ones. She retained the receipt and informed me that I could claim the appropriate offers next time with the correct vouchers.
Following her instructions, I returned today with valid vouchers and my original receipt. However, instead of a smooth and respectful resolution, I was met with hostility. Stevie, the manager on duty, not only refused to honour the deal initially, but also shouted at me in front of other customers, completely unprovoked. He went on to lecture me publicly about the situation, causing unnecessary embarrassment and distress. After an unacceptable delay of over an hour, he finally processed the offer?but did so begrudgingly and rudely.
This is not the first time Stevie has acted inappropriately. His continued attitude is not only unprofessional, but it shows a complete disregard for basic customer service standards. I regularly spend around £200 every week at Farmfoods, but after this repeated mistreatment, I am reconsidering my loyalty.
I expect this incident to be investigated seriously and for appropriate disciplinary action to be taken. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated in this manner.
I would appreciate a formal response addressing this matter and what steps Farmfoods intends to take to ensure this does not happen again.

Always loved Farmfoods the best for quality prices on quality ? food. Always have a bargain on one of the magnum ices or Cadbury tubs or ices. I love my ice cream ?? cracking chicken ? I could go on.
Only Scottish family owned shop chain we have left!!!

I work around the corner so the store is really convenient. The staff are always really pleasant and the place is pretty well stocked

Nice big store. Good Layout. Outside the store was very dirty with lots of rubbish flying around from packaging / wrappers from the store. Staff need to take pride in the store and clean the car park area too.
