The team at Evans Halshaw were very accommodating, even opened up on a Sunday to let us test drive a van. The guys were very knowledgeable and offered great advice on what van would suit our requirements.

We put one of our fleet vans in for the Ford recall. The van went in with no issues and came back out with the ad blue malfunction light on. When it was pointed out to the dealership they said it had a clean Bill of health, other than needing front brake discs and pads. We were asked to bring it back the following week to be checked over.

You can measure how good a company is when things go wrong. My car originally went in to have a door and wing replaced after an accident. When I got the car back, the work done shouldn't have passed their quality control. Trying to arrange getting the car back in to the garage for rectification work took some amount of effort. Missed dates, no courtesy car, poor communication, dreadful telephone system requiring you to speak to multiple people before you get the right department. We got there in the end, but boy was it hard work.

I was really disappointed with Ford last week, my van broke down and went into limp mode. I called the AA and they recovered me to this branch. On getting to the branch I was turned away with them saying "sorry but were not taking anymore breakdowns at the moment and you'll have to go else where. I've never heard of a garage before turning away work. The AA guy was shocked too. So we called another 2 Ford franchises, Ford Coatbridge and Ford Kirkintilloch both again said we can't take your van. Now my Van is a 17 plate t350 Ford transit, so far my vans been off the road for 5 weeks, not including how ever long it takes to fix my van from having it nearly a week now after 3 days of having the van they've still not looked at it. Ive contact them and ask for updates and I'm told my van is in the que for repair, from faulty ad blue problems to fuel pump problems. I need to say this has been the worst Ford transit van I've had to date. I'll be posting on all the other Ford garages that refused to repair my vehicles under warranty.

I have used this centre for servicing and repairs on my works van for years. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful. Never had any issues with the work performed on my vehicles and so it seems a very good service. Can't comment on prices as I don't pay the bills but I assume it is like any dealership using only genuine Ford parts and priced accordingly.

Had a new rear bumper fitted to the car. Fitting was great but the cut out for the tow hook looks like it was done by someone who has no pride in their work.

Had my van in around a month ago for some diagnostic works (rough idling engine) and paid £200 and was told a report would be emailed out as they didn't want to touch the van. I thought it was strange that a garage didn't want to repair a vehicle but OK. At least I'll have the diagnostic results to get it fixed elsewhere...oh wait, i still don't have any proof that any work i paid for was done. They are either completely incompetent and can't send an email or they have taken my money and not done the work they claim to have carried out.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
The service is absolutely shocking.

Well where do I start we are A medium size limited company we put a small Ford transit truck short wheelbase in to have the two doors fixed as they were catching on the front all under warranty just got the truck back to the company after being told on five separate occasions the truck was ready on different days when it was not ready at all initially told a three day job we got the truck back three weeks later me personally the company director left £10 worth of pound coins in this company vehicle when i picked the vehicle up the pound coins were gone also The doors what had to be fixed are not fixed right st all also we left the vehicle with three quarters of a tank of diesel now there is no diesel in the vehicle ? quite simply through my life of dealing with company vehicles Private Vehicles etc I have never had any thing like this to happen it almost seems like no one cares I can honestly say this will be the last Ford vehicle we ever buy stay away if you can if you do take all stuff out you vehicle Not to be (trusted)

Got my car MOT'd here while I waited - they were very efficient and customer service was great. Will be using them for MOTs/repairs from now on.
