Customer service from the young lady at the Baillieston branch was indeed very good. Both ladies at the desk where both polite,friendly and very professional. I came away with everything I asked for within minutes.

Very nice staff member, unfortunately he was working on his own dealing with large que of customers. Clearly a poorly managed depot, lots of staff in the side office, not enough on the floor!
