Visited today while my husband was purchasing a new phone.
Had my three year old grand daughter with me.
Kelly at the front door was absolutely brilliant as she saw I was feeling stressed trying to keep her amused.while my husband sorted his new contract..
She played with her as I needed to use my phone because contracts are not electronic rather than the old paper contracts.

Visited EE store in Braehead today...and cannot thank all the staff enough...They were all extremely helpful...knowledgeable and could not do enough to sort out purchase of new phone...In this current climate customer service is often lacking....but not in Braehead....They are a credit to the company.

Was ignored for the first 5 minutes and then someone came from the back and said as we're short staffed you'll have to make an appointment..at my appointment time I waited another 5 or so minutes, but at least I was acknowledged as I came in the door and asked to sit at desk..in that 5 minutes an obviously disabled lady came and like me was totally ignored, I asked her if she had an appointment she said no so I advised her to sit down, which she did...still no acknowledgement that she even existed. The young lady who did eventually serve me was an excellent example of how customer service should be...the obviously gym muscled guy should be laid off or go on a course on customer care...the male manager did look a bit harassed

I don?t advise you to contact this company at all and buy any equipment from it, because it will turn out that they sold it with violations in its operation and they will offer you to buy another one and throw it away. Even without this, there were many problems and it was difficult to move to another company after the end of the contract. And they raised the price indicated in the contract at the conclusion of the contract at £28 in less than a full year to £36 .
