EE The Fort Easterhouse: went in today to ask about a new iPad. After the girl had disappeared for over five minutes with no explanation, she retuned to advise they have the IPad 10 available?then silence. I asked what size it was, she replied then silence. I then asked what memory it had, another curt response then more silence. I gave it one last try and asked if she could give me more info on the product, she then replied ?what do you need to know??! She didn?t show me anything on her tablet screen or anything. At Fred her this I just said ?forget it, this is painful, it?s like pulling teeth?! And left.
Absolit Appalling service and now when I try to call the store to complain they keep cutting me off prior to being able to speak to anyone.
I will call from someone else?s number and get through, if not I will go back in tomorrow to complain to a manager.

Got to praise both Chris & Claire at the Glasgow Fort store...because the website states the store closure as 9pm, I strolled in about 7:30pm, where a few customers were already waiting.
Both members of staff approached all waiting to ask of their needs , stating very politely the situation with regards to the actual closing time.
8pm...suggesting the likeliness or unlikeliness of being able to deal with thir issues at this time.
In particular, special praise for Claire who was dealing g with possibly 5 customer issues at the one time....and succeeding!!

Needed advice on a contract card pay as you go update .
The Adviser told us he was short staffed but to take a seat and he would attend in fifteen minutes , which was about right.
He answered my questions and helped with the new pay as you go only to me and my wife but not new to everybody else.

It would be good if it was open, been in twice today at 15:25 to be told it?s closing for lunch in 5 minutes so they wouldn?t serve me, the again at 18:50 still shut.

I was getting a new phone delivered to the shop so that the staff could help set up switching all my data/pictures from my old one to the new one, I left them with this for an hour whilst going shopping and when I returned everything was done with no hassle!

shops customer service is terrible. The manager doesn't know what he's doing. The staff are unhelpful If I was recommending to go to ee-shop, I would go till the one in parkhead At the forge They help me out so much
