This is definitely a place to go to get your phone. They listen to what you want and then they get the right phone for you. They will not sell you a phone that you don't understand. They cater for every need. The best EE shop that I have ever been too.

My experience with EE has been extremely disappointing. When I first signed the contract, the internet worked well during the first month. However, after that, the service became terrible ? the internet speed dropped drastically and most of the time it was almost impossible to use.
It feels like the company lures customers in with decent service at the start, but then the quality declines sharply, leaving you paying for something you can hardly benefit from. In my opinion, this is unfair and misleading.
I honestly see EE as an unreliable company, and my experience with them makes me feel like they are simply taking customers? money without providing the service they promise. I would not recommend anyone to sign up with them.

Startlingly hostile, the staff seem to intensely dislike dealing with the public. Truly a horrible experience

Getting a SIM was such a frustrating experience.
They took my money and the employee installed it but it didn?t work. She even tried it in her own phone. It didn?t work. It was faulty. They then proceeded to tell me that the purchase is non-refundable and they couldn?t give me a SIM that actually worked. At this point the employee walked away and began helping other customers.
I asked other employees for help and they told me that they couldn?t refund me or give me a SIM that is not faulty.
Finally the manager came out and took another long time telling me that there was nothing that could be done, but I could purchase another SIM.
The hour and a half of headache and back and forth with them telling me that they were keeping my money but not giving the product I paid for was extremely frustrating.
I do not recommend them.

Another terrible proof of purchase experience here, where I was trying to get Google Pixel 6a battery replacement completed. The level of idiocy based around work shyness is off the charts. Wouldn't accept a proof of purchase with the same family name. It was a Christmas gift and they were on the end of the phone to confirm ?????. Zero common sense from the customer service representative, and it looks like this is a recurring problem when you look back at all the multiple 1 star reviews.
Don't waste your time travelling / taking time off work / paying parking charges for this mob, all they're interested in is avoiding doing any work.

Do not bother trying to get through to them by phone, as per their very unhelpful, unprofessional and downright rude assistant Paige, they don't answer their phones as they give priority to customers in shop.I had a wasted journey into Glasgow City Centre yesterday. You can't just pop in for repair. You have to book apt.
On my return home I visited a local phone repair shop and within two hours my phone was back up and running.
Paige you have no customer service skills and therefore should not be working front of house.

Thank you, Shad! Had a great experience updating my phone contract. I made an appointment for 4:30 and was seen by 4:35 and was out before 5pm. He found me a new contract at an even better price than what I was currently on. I?ll definitely go in-store for updating my contracts in the future.

Absolutely shocking service, booked my Google phone on for repair for a well known problem with them. Tried to charge me £90 because there was an unrelated scratch on the edge of the casing of the phone. Shit service and won't be back. All contracts with them will be getting cancelled as soon as time allows

Very poor experience. They persuaded my wife into purchasing in store instead of online despite informing them we don?t get EE signal indoors.
The deal in store was worse than online and there is no 30 day cooling off period. Avoid!

Absolutely brilliant! Much wiser to call in rather than phone. They were all pleasant, but I was very lucky to get Mr Z - Zidane! Within a few minutes, he?d sorted out a situation that I?d been struggling with for months. He was really friendly, but on top of his game, and nothing was too much trouble. He also made sure that I wasn?t over-charged. Would thoroughly recommend!!

Booked in for a samsung repair for my flip6 and it was ready the next morning. Jonathan is the goat, super friendly & helpful - made the process really simple and easy.
All the reviews complaining about needing proof of purchase, IMEI and documents - please just read the email, all the information you need is there when you book in online, I had zero issues whatsoever. Respectfully you can't blame the staff, you can only blame yourself for lack of reading comprehension & it is standard procedure for technology repairs unless you get repairs done at a high street phone shop

50 minutes phone call for ordering new phone and i got lucky with an absolute lovely call handler who ran through the system and policies in a bubbly professional manner, I owe them chocolate!
