0 STARS!!! I have NEVER experienced such rude customer service in my life. I went into the shop to enquire about carpet prices for my new home and the owner took one look at me and decided I wouldn?t be able to afford the luxury carpets and refused to tell me their prices and just kept telling me how expensive they were. I had to ask multiple times and was met with inappropriate comments about my ?financial situation? and resistance. This is a vile way to speak to potential customers and make ignorant, ill informed assumptions about them. Do not waste your money here!!!

We were keen to 'go local' - and unfortunately we wish we hadn't! It was pretty hard work from the start in terms of chasing the owner up to fit the carpets. He then got the times mixed up on the day and ended up turning up at about 1830 to fit 2 carpets - and he smelled of alcohol. The poor carpet fitter was still working himself at 2130. The carpets themselves are already looking worn after 8 months (they were quite expensive!) and the fitting wasn't great. It looks ragged around the edges. We complained to the owner who said that he was too busy and we had left it too long so he wouldn't come out and look at them - if we had gone to a big store I'm sure they would have come out by now. Real shame but I wouldn't go near this shop with a barge pole.

Great shop recently renovated. massive selection of both vinyl and carpet on offer, got the the full house sorted supplied and fitted for a brilliant price would highly recommend

COWBOYS. Didn't fit well the carpet that we bought from them. Didn't fix it when we complained. Terrible customer service. Will never come back.
